Adding Screenr Business to Zendesk makes it easy for your customers and agents to record web-based screencasts with just one click. It provides two great features to your customers and agents:
- Your customers are able to record screencasts that create new Zendesk tickets by clicking the Record button in the Zendesk sidebar
- Your customers and agents can easily add screencasts to existing tickets by clicking the Record button in the Zendesk sidebar
