Once I decide to buy, what types of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted for monthly plans. Also, qualified customers can arrange for payment of annual plans by purchase order, company check or bank wire. Contact us to see if you’re eligible.
What happens when I cancel a paid account?
Once you cancel your account, you’ll never be billed again. Refunds cannot be issued for payments already made and we don't provide partial term refunds.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, go to the “Account” tab and you’ll see your options to upgrade or downgrade.

How long can a screencast be?
You can record screencasts up to a generous 15 minutes in length.
What happens if I exceed my screencasts storage limit?
If you ever exceed your screencasts storage limit, we’ll notify you and keep your account alive. You can then choose to upgrade your plan. After the Premium plan, we’ll even help craft a custom plan for your unique usage needs.
How much bandwidth is included with my account?
All Screenr Business plans include 10,000 monthly plays. This is more than 99.9% of our customers require. If you ever need more, contact us.
